AIWA，中文名称为爱华，原为一家日本的独立公司，于1951年成立。2002年10月1日，爱华公司被索尼公司收购，成为索尼旗下品牌，现在从事于制造音响设备、CD随身听等产品。

The Aiwa Corporation (commonly called Aiwa(アイワ)) is a Chicago-based company, formerly known as Hale Devices before 2015. Until 2006 it was a subsidiary of the Japanese consumer-electronics company Sony and then was absorbed to it. It produces audio and video equipment.
