研科（英文：Telus，TSX: T，TSX: T.A，NYSE：TU）是加拿大一间以电讯服务为主体的公司。主要业务包括固定电话，移动电话，互联网等。总部设在卑诗省的本拿比市。主要竞争对手包括加拿大贝尔电话公司和罗渣士通信集团。

现时的研科是于1999年成立，由亚省研科公司及卑诗电讯合并而成。亚省研科的前身是亚伯达省政府电话公司（Alberta Government Telephones），于1906年成立。该公司于1990年至1991年间被亚省政府私有化，改组成亚省研科，并于1995年收购省府爱民顿的市营电话业务。另一方面，卑诗电话公司（British Columbia Telephone Company Limited）于1904年成立，并于1993年重组后更名为卑诗电讯（BCTel）。合并消息刚宣布时，新公司曾一度打算名为「BCT.Telus」，后来则简化成「Telus」并沿用至今。

Telus is the incumbent local exchange carrier in British Columbia and Alberta, and a major competitive local exchange carrier in Ontario and Quebec.
