格雷姆·詹姆斯·索内斯（Graeme James Souness，1953年5月6日－）出生于苏格兰爱丁堡，苏格兰前足球运动员，现为教练员。2007年获选入英格兰足球名人堂。

格雷姆·索内斯球员时代于热刺打起，至1978年加盟老牌球会利物浦。时正值利物浦全盛时期，身为球队队长的格雷姆·索内斯，曾五度赢得英格兰顶级联赛冠军（相当于现在的英超冠军），以及三届欧洲联赛冠军杯。其后远赴意甲加盟森多利亚，至1986年返回苏格兰加盟当地班霸格拉斯哥流浪。

退役后曾执掌多家球会，除了1991年的利物浦外，主要都是国外次级联赛球会，和英格兰下游球会。2000年接掌已降级的布力般流浪，其间成功助球会升回英超。2004年接掌纽卡素，因战绩低迷，终在一年半后被辞退。

Graeme James Souness (/ˈsuːnᵻs/; born 6 May 1953) is a retired Scottish professional football player and manager.

Souness was the captain of the successful Liverpool team of the early 1980s and player-manager of Rangers in the late 1980s as well as captain of the Scottish national team. He also played for Tottenham Hotspur, Middlesbrough and Sampdoria in a long career.
