塞鲸（学名：Balaenoptera borealis，英文:Sei Whale、发音:/ˈseɪ/ or /ˈsaɪ/）为须鲸的一种，又名北须鲸，为世界上第三大须鲸，仅次于蓝鲸与长须鲸。牠们分布在世界各地的海域，尤其是在远离海岸的海洋深层。塞鲸倾向避开阳光与热带海域，每年夏季时从寒冷或两极的海域迁移到温带海域，冬季则迁移到亚热带海域，虽然大部分区域的迁移路线尚未完全明朗。

塞鲸身长可以达到20公尺（66英尺），体重则可达到45公吨（50短吨） 。估计每天需要900公斤的食物，主要是桡脚类动物与磷虾，有时还包括其他的软件动物。塞鲸的速度也是鲸鱼中最快的，在短距离上可以达到每小时50公里（31英里或27节）的速度。「塞鲸」这个名称是从挪威语的「Pollock」（青鳕）而来的，青鳕是种与塞鲸同时间出现在挪威海岸边的鱼类。

The sei whale migrates annually from cool and subpolar waters in summer to winter in temperate and subtropical waters.
