雷氏盐（英语：Reinecke's salt），或称四硫氰基二氨络铬酸铵、利英奈克盐、雷纳克氏盐、赖纳克氏盐、硫氰酸铬铵，是一种暗红色的配位化合物，分子式为NH₄[Cr(NCS)₄(NH₃)₂].H₂O，可在热水或乙醇中溶解。在其分子中一个铬原子被六个氮原子包围，形成八面体结构。

雷氏盐可通过重铬酸铵140-150°C 与熔融的硫氰酸铵反应制得。

雷氏盐曾经用来转化伯胺和仲胺为相应铵盐沉淀。与二价汞反应生成红色或红色沉淀。

雷氏盐由德国学者阿尔伯特·雷纳克（Albert Reinecke）于1863年在其论文中发表。

Reinecke's salt is a chemical compound with the formula NH₄[Cr(NCS)₄(NH₃)₂]·⁄₃H₂O. The dark-red crystalline compound is soluble in boiling water, acetone, and ethanol. The chromium atom is surrounded by six nitrogen atoms in an octahedral geometry. The NH₃ ligands are mutually trans and the Cr–NCS groups are linear. The salt crystallizes with one molecule of water.
