麻栎（学名：Quercus acutissima）是一种产自东亚洲的中国、韩国及日本的橡木，现时在北美洲亦布种植。它们是土耳其栎的近亲，同被编入麻栎类中。

麻栎是中型的橡木，可以生长达25—30米高，树干直径达1.5米。树皮呈深灰色及有深的皱纹。叶子长8—20厘米，每边有14—20个细小三角形的锯齿。

花朵是以风力传播花粉的柔荑花。果实是坚果，约于授粉后18个月成熟，长2—3厘米及阔2厘米，底部呈橙色，顶部渐变为绿褐色。外壳深1.5—2厘米，表面有长4—8毫米的软毛。果味很苦，但却仍有松鸦及白鸽等会吃，而松鼠只会在没有其他食物时才吃。

Quercus acutissima, the sawtooth oak, is an Asian species of oak native to China (including *****), Korea, Japan, Indochina (Vietnam, Thailand, Myanmar, Cambodia) and the Himalayas (Nepal, Bhutan, northeastern India). It is widely planted in many lands and has become naturalized in parts of North America.
