蔑戾车（梵文：म्लेच्छ，mleccha，意为不信吠陀的、野蛮人、蛮族），又译为弥利车、弥离车、蜜利车、篾隶车、毕栗车，意译为边地，指古印度非雅利安种族和外国血统的人，可能是指印度河文明原居民。

这字用来形容非雅利安人与不熟悉雅利安文化的人(原本表示粗野和外国人难以理解的语言，后扩大至可怜虫，罪孽深重的人、野蛮)，在阿育王诏书也有提到他们，叫melluha。蔑戾车后来也指不信仰印度教的人与饮酒和食牛肉、洋葱和大蒜的人，包括穆斯林。

蔑戾车可以指任何正在遵循不同于吠陀教义信仰的人。阿萨姆邦的一些土着统治者在印度历史上被称为Mlechhas。

Mleccha (from Vedic Sanskrit म्लेच्छ mleccha, meaning "non-Vedic", "barbarian"), also spelled Mlechchha or Maleccha, is a name , which referred to people of foreign extraction in ancient India. Mleccha was used by the ancient Indians much as the ancient Greeks used barbaros, originally to indicate the uncouth and incomprehensible speech of foreigners and then extended to their unfamiliar behaviour, and also used as a derogatory term in the sense of "impure and/or "inferior" people.
