玛代拉河（Rio Madeira）是南美洲的河流，河道全长约3,380公里，是亚马逊河最长的支流，流域面积850,000平方公里。

玛代拉河的流域平均降雨量为每年750至3,000毫米，上游平均流量为每秒17,000立方米，大约等于刚果河流量的一半。

2007年7月，巴西政府批准兴建两座用作水力发电的水坝，遭环境人士以破坏生态环境为由反对。

The Madeira River (Portuguese:Rio Madeira, [ˈʁi.u mɐˈdejɾɐ]) is a major waterway in South America, approximately 3,250 km (2,020 mi) long. The Madeira is one of the biggest tributaries of the Amazon. A map from Emanuel Bowen in 1747, held by the David Rumsey Map Collection, refers to the Madeira by the pre-colonial, indigenous name Cuyari:
