兰科人（乌克兰语：Лeмки，波兰语：Łemkowie）是乌克兰的一个民族。他们居住在喀尔巴阡山脉地区。很多兰科人自认为他们是乌克兰人的一支。在波兰也居住有11000名兰科人。

Lemkos (Ukrainian:Лeмки, Polish:Łemkowie, Lemko: Лeмкы, translit. Lemky; sing. Лeмкo, Lemko) are one of several quantitatively and territorially small ethnic sub-groups inhabiting a stretch of the Carpathian Mountains known as Lemkivshchyna. Many Lemkos identify as a branch of Ukrainians.
