近衞文麿（1891年10月12日－1945年12月16日），日本昭和时代前期的政治人物。

历任；贵族院议员、副议长（第10任）、议长（第9任），第34、38、39任内阁总理大臣（首相），外务大臣，拓务大臣，班列，农林大臣(临时代理)，司法大臣，国务大臣等职衔。

出身于宫廷贵族五摄家之一『近卫家』第30任宗主，后阳成天皇的12世孙裔。近衞笃麿公爵长子。京都帝国大学法学部毕业。第二次世界大战发动初期的内阁总理大臣，战争中日本核心人物之一。二战结束后自杀。

其外孙细川护熙曾于1993年至1994年出任内阁总理大臣，成为二战之后日本首位非自民党出身的首相。

Prince Fumimaro Konoe(近卫 文麿,Konoe Fumimaro, often Konoye, 12 October 1891 – 16 December 1945) was a Japanese politician in the Empire of Japan who served as the 34th, 38th and 39th Prime Minister of Japan and founder/leader of the Imperial Rule Assistance Association. He was Prime Minister in the lead-up to Japan entering World War II.
