全州市（韩语：전주시／全州市）是大韩民国全罗北道中部的城市，亦是全罗北道道厅的所在地。全罗道中的「全」即来自本市。

全州的历史始于百济时期的完山。“全州”中“全”字的由来有两种说法，第一种是“完山州”的“完”字与“全”字意思相同，所以改名全州；第二种说法是马韩时的“圆山城”的“圆”字通假为“完”。

Jeonju (Korean pronunciation: [tɕʌndʑu]) is a city in South Korea, and the capital of North Jeolla Province. The name, Jeonju literally means "Perfect Area" (from the hanja 全(전; Jeon) for perfect, 州(주; Ju) for area). It is an important tourist center famous for Korean food, historic buildings, sports activities and innovative festivals.
