Allama Ibtisam Ilahi Zaheer is the son of Allama Ahsan Ilahi Zaheer who was a well known Muslim scholar and writer. Allama Ibtisam is also scholar and writer and great spokes man of Ahle-Hadith which is a sect of Islam.
