Huel is a nutritional powdered food that is intended to provide all of the body's daily needs in terms of vitamins, minerals, fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Huel is made from seven ingredients: oats, rice protein, pea protein, sunflower, flaxseed, coconut MCTs, plus a vitamin and mineral blend.
