昏迷指数(Coma Scale、CS)，是医学上评估病人昏迷程度的指标，现今用的最广的是格拉斯哥昏迷指数(Glasgow Coma Scale、GCS）。此指数是由格拉斯哥大学的两位神经外科教授Graham Teasdale与Bryan J. Jennett在1974年所发表。

The Glasgow Coma Scale (GCS) is a neurological scale which aims to give a reliable and objective way of recording the conscious state of a person for initial as well as subsequent assessment. A patient is assessed against the criteria of the scale, and the resulting points give a patient score between 3 (indicating deep unconsciousness) and either 14 (original scale) or 15 (the more widely used modified or revised scale). |
