更昔洛韦（Ganciclovir）是一种抗病毒药物，常用于治疗细胞巨大型病毒（cytomegalovirus）感染。1980年由Syntex Research的Julien Verheyden和John Martin合成。他的前药万乃洛韦（valganciclovir），具有更好的口服生物利用度，也已经成功上市。

Ganciclovir (INN) /ɡænˈsaɪkləvɪər/ or DHPG (9-(1,3-dihydroxy-2-propoxymethyl)guanine, alternative spelling: "Gancyclovir") is an antiviral medication used to treat cytomegalovirus (CMV) infections. Ganciclovir sodium is marketed under the trade names Cytovene and Cymevene (Roche). Ganciclovir for ocular use is marketed under the trade name Vitrasert (Bausch & Lomb). A prodrug form with improved oral bioavailability (valganciclovir) has also been developed.
