毛地胆草（学名：Elephantopus mollis）是菊科地胆草属的植物。分布于亚洲热带、台湾本岛、美洲热带等地，目前尚未由人工引种栽培。

Elephantopus mollis, common names tobacco weed, and soft elephantsfooot, is a tropical species of flowering plant in the sunflower family.

Elephantopus mollis is native to South America as far south as Jujuy Province in Argentina, as well as the West Indies, Central America, and Mexico as far north as Tamaulipas and Nuevo León. It is also naturalized in Australia, southeast Asia, some Pacific Islands, and tropical Africa. The species is considered a noxious weed some places.
