东萨塞克斯（郡）（英语：East Sussex），英国英格兰东南部的郡，南临英伦海峡。刘易斯是郡治。以人口计算，布赖顿-霍夫是第1大自治市镇（Borough），威尔登区是第2大自治市镇；布莱顿是第1大镇（Town），霍夫是第2大镇，伊斯特本是第3大镇、第3大自治市镇，黑斯廷斯是第4大镇、第5大自治市镇。

东萨塞克斯是34个非都市郡之一，实际管辖5个非都市区，占地1,709平方公里（第30），有506,200人口（第26）；如看待成48个名誉郡之一，它名义上包含多1个单一管理区─布莱顿-霍夫，占地增至1,792平方公里（第33），人口增至757,600（第28）。

East Sussex /ˈsʌsᵻks/ is a county in South East England. It is bordered by the counties of Kent to the north and east, Surrey to the north west and West Sussex to the west, and to the south by the English Channel.
