干贝，又称玉珧、元贝、珧柱、江珧柱（也作瑶柱、江瑶柱、干瑶柱），为一种海鲜食品原料，来自瓣鳃纲异柱目扇贝科和江珧科贝类动物的后闭壳肌。干贝是特指干燥后的产品，烹调时需要先用水涨发。
