皇室法院（英语：Crown Court），中文又作刑事法院，在英格兰及威尔斯地区中与高等法院和上诉法院合称英格兰及威尔斯上级法院。这类法院专审刑事案件，在架构上从属于高等法院及其分庭，但也算是较高级的原讼法院。

皇室法院最初于1972年根据《1971年法院法令》设立，目前英格兰及威尔斯地区共设有约92所皇室法院，其日常行政运作由女皇陛下法院服务署负责。昔日，法院服务署划分为六个巡回裁判区，分别为密德兰、北方、东北、南方、威尔斯及切斯特和西方，但现时已改划为七个区域，分别是密德兰、东北、西北、东南、西南、伦敦、以及威尔斯。鉴于威尔斯议会政府获下放部份立法权力，因此威尔斯区域与另外六个区域在归类上作分开处理。位于伦敦市的皇室法院称作中央刑事法院（Central Criminal Court），该院位于奥卑利，是根据专属的国会法令设立。作为一所主要的皇室法院，不少案程严重的刑事案件都会安排于中央刑事法院审理。

The Crown Court of England and Wales is, together with the High Court of Justice and the Court of Appeal, one of the constituent parts of the Senior Courts of England and Wales. It is the higher court of first instance in criminal cases; however, for some purposes the Crown Court is hierarchically subordinate to the High Court and its Divisional Courts.
