君士坦丁七世（Porphyrogennetos，生于紫室者，905年9月2日－959年11月9日），拜占庭帝国皇帝，912年至959年在位（其中920年至945年与岳父罗曼努斯一世为同朝君主）。

君士坦丁七世是利奥六世之子，亚历山大的侄子，因为其出生于皇宫的紫室之中，故此获得了外号Porphyrogennetos，以示其血统尊贵。君士坦丁七世以热心学术研究闻名，着有《帝国行政论》（De Administrando Imperio）、《典仪论》（De Ceremoniis）等著作。

但君士坦丁七世在位时期拜占庭帝国并不是没有发生战争，如896年利奥六世（拜占庭）向保加利亚西美昂大帝签订了每年进贡的条件在913年被亚历山大取消而引起战争，最后西美昂大帝被加冕为沙皇，保加利亚才退兵。以及基辅罗斯的两次入侵，一样谈了条件才退兵。

Constantine VII Porphyrogennetos or Porphyrogenitus, "the Purple-born" (that is, born in the purple marble slab paneled imperial bed chambers; Greek:Κωνσταντῖνος Ζ΄ Πορφυρογέννητος, Kōnstantinos VII Porphyrogennētos; September 2, 905 – November 9, 959), was the fourth Emperor of the Macedonian dynasty of the Byzantine Empire, reigning from 913 to 959. He was the son of the emperor Leo VI and his fourth wife, Zoe Karbonopsina, and the nephew of his predecessor, the emperor Alexander.
