侏儒光鳃雀鲷（学名：Chromis acares），又名侏儒光鳃鱼、厚壳仔，为雀鲷科光鳃鱼属下的一个种。

Chromis acares is a species of damselfish native to the Pacific Ocean.

They are found in reefs and sometimes lagoons throughout the Pacific Ocean. It ranges from the Japan to Hawaii, Vanuatu, and the Austral Islands. People encounter them at depths of 2 metres (6.6 ft) to 37 metres (121 ft).
