查理检查哨（Checkpoint Charlie，或称为C检查哨，又译查理检查站），位于柏林市中心的腓特烈大街上，是冷战时期柏林围墙边东德与西柏林进出的一个检查点。该检查站通常为盟军人员和外交官使用。从这个检查哨往北去，即进入民主德国的首都东柏林，反之往南则是进入联邦德国的西柏林。柏林围墙拆除后，此检查哨一度被拆除，而后又被复建，成为柏林旅游的重要景点。在查理检查哨边有一博物馆，即查理检查哨博物馆（德语：Haus am Checkpoint Charlie museum），展出内容为与柏林墙及两德分裂时期有关的历史资料和对象。

Checkpoint Charlie (or "Checkpoint C") was the name given by the Western Allies to the best-known Berlin Wall crossing point between East Berlin and West Berlin, during the Cold War.

GDR leader Walter Ulbricht agitated and maneuvered to get the Soviet Union's permission to construct the Berlin Wall in 1961, to stop Eastern Bloc emigration westward through the Soviet border system, preventing escape across the city sector border from East Berlin to West Berlin. Checkpoint Charlie became a symbol of the Cold War, representing the separation of East and West. Soviet and American tanks briefly faced each other at the location during the Berlin Crisis of 1961.
