加泰罗尼亚（加泰罗尼亚语：Catalunya；奥克语：Catalonha；西班牙语：Cataluña）位于伊比利亚半岛东北部，是西班牙的自治区之一，下辖巴塞隆纳省、莱里达省、赫罗纳省和塔拉戈纳省等4省，首都巴塞隆纳。该自治区与安道尔、法国接壤。全境面积32,106平方公里，人口约7,571,000人。加泰罗尼亚在中世纪为阿拉贡王国的重要组成部分，今日相对于西班牙其他地区，在文化发展上具有一定的自主性，是西班牙经济较为发达、独立意识也较鲜明的地区。作为当地第一母语的加泰罗尼亚语，与西班牙语同为西班牙的官方语言，二者明显不同，但同属于印欧语系拉丁语族。

Catalonia (Catalan:Catalunya, Occitan:Catalonha, Spanish:Cataluña) is an autonomous community of Spain, located on the northeastern part of the Iberian Peninsula. It is politically designated as a nationality by its Statute of Autonomy. Catalonia consists of four provinces: Barcelona, Girona, Lleida, and Tarragona. The capital and largest city is Barcelona, the second-largest city in Spain and the centre of one of the largest metropolitan areas in Europe and the Mediterranean basin.
