南甘马粦省（Camarines Sur）是菲律宾吕宋比科尔政区的一个省份。首府为皮利 (菲律宾)（Pili）。南甘马粦省北邻北甘马粦省及奎松省，南面则是阿尔拜省。东边则是马却达海峡（Maqueda Channel）与岛屿省份卡坦端内斯省。

Camarines Sur (Tagalog:Timog Camarines) is a province in the Philippines situated in the Bicol Region in Luzon. Its capital is Pili and the province borders Camarines Norte and Quezon to the north, and Albay to the south. To the east lies the island province of Catanduanes across the Maqueda Channel.
