孟山都公司（英语：Monsanto Company）是一家美国的跨国农业生物技术公司，总部设于密苏里州圣路易斯县的克雷沃克尔（Creve Coeur）市。其生产的旗舰产品抗农达，即年年春（Roundup）是全球知名的嘉磷塞除草剂，亦是有关产品在全球的最高占有者。该公司目前也是基因改造（GE）种子的领先生产商，占据了多种农作物种子70%–100%的市场份额，而在美国本土，更占有整个市场的90%。

此公司由约翰·弗朗西斯·奎尼（John Francis Queeny）于1901年成立，在1940年代主要生产塑胶，包括聚苯乙烯和合成纤维。孟山都作为一家成果显著的化学公司，除了在不对称氰化反应相关研究有突破成果外，也是第一家大规模生产发光二极管的公司。这家公司在以前也制造了有争议性的商品，譬如杀虫剂DDT、落叶剂橙剂、以及注射进牛只体内的基因改造的牛科生长激素。
