褐喉树懒（学名：Bradypus variegatus），又名褐喉三趾树懒或玻利维亚树獭，是中美洲及南美洲的一种三趾树懒。

褐喉树懒是最广泛分布的树懒，遍布多种不同的环境，包括常绿及干旱森林及未开发的地区。牠们是独自生活的，夜间及日间活动，主要吃叶子。

雌树懒在繁殖季节会大声尖叫来吸引雄猴。雌树懒的尖叫声很像女人的尖叫声。

褐喉树懒呈灰褐色，毛皮粗糙及坚硬。牠们的头圆，吻钝，牙齿像钉子，耳朵很多时被屏蔽。牠们的尾巴很短。

褐喉树懒与霍氏树懒的栖息地重叠，在重叠的地方，褐喉树懒较为细小及数量较多，所以经常会在森林中走来走去。
