重晶石（英文：Barite），主要成份为硫酸钡（BaSO₄），形状细长，形态为水晶群。最尾有杂质，有一点红褐色，水晶表面或晶体之间存在了大量白色板状重晶石。

Baryte or barite (BaSO₄) is a mineral consisting of barium sulfate. The baryte group consists of baryte, celestine, anglesite and anhydrite. Baryte is generally white or colorless, and is the main source of barium. Baryte and celestine form a solid solution (Ba,Sr)SO₄.
