蓬莱竹（学名：Bambusa multiplex），又名凤尾竹、观音竹、孝顺竹，为禾本科刺竹属下的一个种。

Bambusa multiplex is a species of bamboo native to China (provinces of Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Hunan, Jiangxi, Sichuan, Yunnan), Nepal, Bhutan, Assam, Sri Lanka, ******, and northern Indochina. It is also naturalized in Iraq, Madagascar, Mauritius, Seychelles, the Indian subcontinent, parts of South America, the West Indies, and the southeastern United States (Florida, Georgia, Alabama).
