氯化钡（化学式：BaCl₂）是钡的氯化物，有毒，灼烧时产生黄绿色的光。

氯化钡可以由碳酸钡（自然界中的毒重石）或氢氧化钡和盐酸的反应得到。工业上可以从硫酸钡经过两个步骤得到：

BaSO₄ + 4 C → BaS + 4 CO（加热）

BaS + CaCl₂ → BaCl₂ + CaS （溶掉混合物）

这也是一种方法:铬酸钡+盐酸 → 氯化钡+铬酸

BaCrO₄ + 2 HCl → BaCl₂ + H₂CrO₄

Barium chloride is the inorganic compound with the formula BaCl₂. It is one of the most common water-soluble salts of barium. Like other barium salts, it is toxic and imparts a yellow-green coloration to a flame. It is also hygroscopic.
