热海市（日语：热海市／あたみし）位于日本静冈县东部，与神奈川县接壤，于1937年4月10日设市。此市以温泉而出名。

位于伊豆半岛的北部，市区大部分是丘陵。

市区分成三个部分。

• 热海站与来宫站地区 - 拥有车站和市政府等，市中心。
• 汤河原站地区 - 和神奈川县汤河原町构成伊豆汤河原温泉。
• 伊豆多贺站与网代站地区 - 近伊东市，小规模旅馆很多。

Atami(熱海市,Atami-shi) is a city located in the eastern end of Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan.

As of September 2015, the city had an estimated population of 37,287 and a population density of 603 people per km. The total area was 61.78 km (23.85 square miles).
