评鉴中心法(Assessment center method),是一套行为评鉴技术,其包含多种评鉴工具、多重向度、多重方法、多位受评者、多位评量者,利用团体决议讨论方式,考评受评者的表现,并将受评者成绩结果回馈给受评者,以作为甄选、升迁或训练的参考(吴复新,1997)。
