霍华德·安德鲁·威廉斯（英语：Howard Andrew Williams，1927年12月3日－2012年9月25日），暱称为安迪·威廉斯（Andy Williams），生于爱荷华州Wall Lake，美国流行乐歌手。出道至今已拥有18张金唱片、3张白金唱片，并参与过多部电视剧、电影、舞台剧的演出。

威廉斯擅长乡村、爵士乐、轻音乐，主唱过许多脍炙人口的电影主题曲。他声线优美，富有魅力，而又纯朴自然，罗纳德·里根赞誉他的声音是「国宝」。威廉斯在密苏里州布兰森还拥有一座叫月河的剧院。

Howard Andrew "Andy" Williams (December 3, 1927 – September 25, 2012) was an American popular music singer. He recorded 44 albums in his career, fifteen of which have been Gold-certified and three of which have been Platinum-certified. He hosted The Andy Williams Show, a television variety show, from 1962 to 1971, and numerous television specials. The Moon River Theatre in Branson, Missouri, is named after the song he is most known for singing—Johnny Mercer and Henry Mancini's "Moon River".
