威尔士饮食（Welsh cuisine）是指威尔士地区的饮食文化和烹饪方法。威尔士的饮食文化受到了英国其他地区饮食文化的很强影响，同时也给英国其他地区的饮食文化施加影响。威尔士养羊业发达，因此在威尔士使用羊肉的菜肴特别多。威尔士菜肴也经常包括海鲜，特别是在海岸地区，捕鱼文化发达并且鱼肉菜肴也十分普遍。诸如韭葱等蔬菜也广泛在威尔士菜肴中使用。威尔士的奶酪文化特别发达，最为著名的威尔士奶酪种类是卡尔菲利干酪。啤酒则是威尔士的国民级饮料。威尔士有众多自己的啤酒品牌。

Welsh cuisine encompasses the cooking traditions and practices of the country of Wales. Whilst there are a large number of dishes that can be considered Welsh due to their ingredients, dishes such as cawl, Welsh rarebit, laverbread, Welsh cakes, bara brith and the Glamorgan sausage have all been regarded as symbols of Welsh food. There is some variation in dishes around Wales, but the most pronounced difference is in the Gower Peninsula, an isolated rural area which was heavily influenced by Somerset and Devon. There the dishes created included whitepot, and pumpkin was used.
