《圣战士》（Voltron）为美国世界节目制作公司(WEP)于1984年将日本东映制作的两部巨大机器人作品，买下其版权后合并改编而成的作品名称。所囊括的作品如下：

• 《百兽王》（百獣王ゴライオン）
• 《机甲舰队》（机甲舰队ダイラガーXV）

部份剧情为重新制作。

而香港亚洲电视也亦曾以《金刚战神》之名在本港台播出，英文原版于国际台播出。

台湾的在无线视台播毕数年后，又有有线电视频道曾购入中国大陆配音版本的《战神金刚》重播（另有作品译为金刚战神）。

Voltron: Defender of the Universe is an animated television series that features a team of astronauts that pilot a giant Super Robot known as "Voltron". Initially produced as a joint venture between World Events Productions and Toei Animation, the original television series aired in syndication from September 10, 1984 to November 18, 1985. The first season of Voltron, featuring the "Lion Force Voltron", was adapted from the Japanese anime television series Beast King GoLion. The second season, featuring the "Vehicle Force Voltron", was adapted from the unrelated anime series Armored Fleet Dairugger XV.
