西挪威（书面挪威语、新挪威语：Vestlandet），是挪威沿大西洋海岸的地域，依ISO 3166-2:NO标准编号顺序，包括四个郡：罗加兰、霍达兰、松恩-菲欧拉讷与默勒-鲁姆斯达尔，全区总面积达58,582平方公里（22,619平方英里），依2008年7月所公告统计结果，人口共有1,237,082人。最大的城市是卑尔根，第二大的城市是斯塔万格；挪威人有时候会将罗加兰东南边部份地区，视为是南挪威的一部份。

西挪威同时也是斯堪的纳维亚半岛的最西端，潮湿多雨，其中靠近海岸的山区，年平均降水达3,500毫米（138英寸），高峰时一年可达5,000毫米（197英寸），而卑尔根年平均降雨也达2,250毫米（89英寸），潮湿的气候，主要是受到湾流的影响，也产生了一个比挪威其他地区更温和的冬天，冬天常见的是下雨而不是下雪。

Western Norway (Norwegian:Vestlandet, Vest-Norge, Vest-Noreg) is the region along the Atlantic coast of southern Norway. It consists of the counties Rogaland, Hordaland, Sogn og Fjordane, and Møre og Romsdal. The region has a population of approximately 1.3 million people. The largest city is Bergen and the second-largest is Stavanger. Agder, Vest-Telemark, Hallingdal, Valdres and northern parts of Gudbrandsdal have at times been included in Western Norway.
