无条件的拣选（Unconditional election），是本于圣经的一个教义，也是五点加尔文主义的第二点。此教义说：神在创世之前，根据自己的旨意拣选了一部分人得救。此拣选是无条件的，不是基于人的善行，也非基于对人的信心的预见。比利时信条、多特信经、西敏斯特信仰信条都阐述这样的教义。

Unconditional election is a reformed doctrine relating to Predestination that describes the actions and motives of God in eternity past, before He created the world, where he predestinated some people to receive salvation, the elect, and the rest he left to continue in their sins and receive the just punishment, eternal damnation, for their transgressions of God's law as outlined in the old and new Testaments of the Bible. God made these choices according to his own purposes apart from any conditions or qualities related to those persons.
