Allison Transmission是美国一家自动变速器和混合动力驱动系统制造厂。

公司成立于1915年9月14号，成立时称作Indianapolis Speedway Team Company。在1928年创办人James A. Allison去世之前，公司就已经改名为Allison Experimental Company，之后再改名叫Allison Engineering Company。1929年公司被通用汽车收购。

1940年代，Allison开始研制变速厢，后来这项业务在1946年分拆为Allison Transmission。
