金衡盎司（英语：troy ounce，简称oz t）是一种英制单位。在现代社会最常用于衡量贵金属的质量。一金衡盎司目前的精确定义是0.0311034768 kg或31.1034768 g。一金衡盎司大约等同于1.09714的常衡盎司。

金衡盎司是金衡制的一部分，其诸多方面是间接来自于罗马货币。古罗马用不同重量的青铜条当作货币。一重铜重量等同于1磅重。一重铜的十二分之一称为uncia，即英语中的「盎司（ounce）」。后世规范将盎司改成1/16磅（常衡盎司），但金衡盎司，即1/12的金衡磅（一金衡磅比一常衡磅还轻），这项比例一直维持作为贵金属的衡量。在480格令，金衡盎司比常衡盎司还重，常衡盎司是437.5格令（精确定义），金衡盎司重了约百分之十，即重了28.349523125 g（精确数字）。
