比奈（法语：Alfred Binet，1857年7月8日－1911年10月18日），法国心理学家，智力测验的发明者。

比奈生于尼斯；1889年在巴黎大学创立法国第一个心理实验室；1905年与泰奥多尔·西蒙（Theodore Simon）合作制定比奈-西蒙智力量表；他的主要目标是鉴别学习学校课程需要特别帮助的学生；比奈于1908年到1911年修订他的智力量表，在他意外死亡之前得到最后结果。1916年斯坦福大学的刘易斯·特曼（Lewis M. Terman）修订了这个量表，采纳了德国心理学家William Stern的建议，将测量出的个人智力水平称为智商(I.Q.)；推孟的测验命名为斯坦福-比奈智力量表，是今天智力测验的基础。

Alfred Binet (French: [binɛ]; July 8, 1857 – October 18, 1911) was a French psychologist who invented the first practical intelligence test, the Binet-Simon scale. The French Ministry of Education asked Binet to find a way to identify children who were slow learners so they could be given remedial work (Psychology Today, 9th edition, Carole Wade, p. 342). Along with his collaborator Théodore Simon, Binet published revisions of his intelligence scale in 1908 and 1911, the last appearing just before his death.
