托尔讷河谷芬兰语（Meänkieli，意为“我们的语言”）是瑞典最北部托尔讷河河谷使用的一种芬兰语方言。在语言学上包括两种次方言，托儿尼奥次方言和耶利瓦拉次方言，属于芬兰语西部方言中的佩雷波赫约拉方言群。

Meänkieli (lit. "our language") is a group of distinct Finnish dialects spoken in the northernmost part of Sweden along the valley of the Torne River. In Sweden it is recognized as one out of five minority languages.

Linguistically, Meänkieli consists of two dialect sub-groups (Tornio and Jällivaara dialects) of the Peräpohjola dialects, which belong to the Western dialects of Finnish. For historical reasons it has the status of a minority language in Sweden. In Swedish nowadays, the language is usually referred to as Meänkieli also by the authorities; a common, and older, name is tornedalsfinska which literally means "Torne Valley Finnish". Meänkieli refers to Torne Valley Finnish (also spoken on the Finnish side of the Torne River) and the Gällivare dialects which belong to the larger Peräpohjola dialect group (see Dialect chart).
