Tonkotsu
Tonkotsu(豚骨) is pork bone used in Japanese cuisine.
It is commonly used as the base ingredient of broth for Hakata ramen, a rich, milky white pork based style of ramen most commonly associated with Hakata district in the city of Fukuoka.
