兽亚纲（学名：Theria，源自希腊语θηρίον，野兽之意）是分类学上的一群哺乳类动物。这些动物从出生到幼年时期，不须经历在蛋中的生活。而兽亚纲中可粗分成两大类，分别是真兽下纲（eutheria，也就是胎盘类）与后兽下纲（metatheria，包含有袋类及其祖先）。

兽亚纲的特征在于外耳、乳头，以及使其得以进行大范围移动的踝关节。有时候也以齿列型态作为定义兽亚纲的依据。几乎所有现存的哺乳动物都属于兽亚纲，少数例外有鸭嘴兽与针鼹，牠们被归类在原兽亚纲（Prototheria）、单孔目（Monotremata）之下。

Theria (/ˈθɪəriə/; Greek: θηρίον, wild beast) is a subclass of mammals that give birth to live young without using a shelled egg, consisting of the eutherians (including the placental mammals) and the metatherians (including the marsupials). The only omitted extant mammal group is the egg-laying monotremes.
