他侬·吉滴卡宗陆军元帅（泰语：ถนอม กิตติขจร，皇家转写：Thanom Kittikachorn，发音： [tʰànɔ̌ːm kìttìkʰat͡ɕɔ̌ːn]；1911年8月11日－2004年6月16日）泰国陆军将领和首相、独裁者。他侬拥有华裔血统，祖上本姓符。

1931年，在皇家军事学院毕业后，加入陆军。

1957年9月，陆军司令沙立·他那叻元帅发动政变，推翻銮披汶·颂堪政府，他侬出任首相。1958年沙立亲任首相，他侬改任国防部长。1963年沙立逝世后，他侬组成军事独裁政府，坚定奉行**政策。

Field Marshal Thanom Kittikachorn (Thai ถนอม กิตติขจร, Thai pronunciation: [tʰànɔ̌ːm kìttìkʰat͡ɕɔ̌ːn]; August 11, 1911 – June 16, 2004) was a military dictator of Thailand. A staunch anti-Communist, Thanom oversaw a decade of military rule in Thailand from 1963 to 1973, until public protests which exploded into violence forced him to step down. His return from exile in 1976 sparked protests which led to a massacre of demonstrators, followed by a military coup.
