奥利司他（Orlistat）是一种减肥药物，罗氏药厂的商品名：Xenical（中国、香港注册名：赛尼可，**注册名：罗氏鲜，俗称：让你酷）、葛兰素史克的商品名：Alli（爱纤伴、康孅伴）、serrel的商品名：依莱普乐思（Iraplax）。

赛尼可，每片药丸含有120毫克奥利司他，须医生处方使用；而爱纤伴，每片药丸含有60毫克奥利司他，美国食品及药物管理局首个准许的无需医生处方减肥药。
