昆图斯·塞普蒂米乌斯·佛洛伦斯·德尔图利亚努斯（拉丁语：Quinto Septimius Florente Tertuliano），英语化后被称为特土良（英语：Tertullian ，英语发音：/tərˈtʌliən/，150年－230年），或译戴都良、特图里安、德尔图良，生于迦太基，罗马帝国在北非的一个省份。为基督教会主教，是早期基督宗教著名的神学家和哲学家。

特土良出身柏柏尔人，终身都生活在迦太基，因理论贡献被誉为拉丁教父和神学鼻祖之一。特土良所使用的神学方法，主要以写作思辩性的基督教神学与反对异端的著作为主。有人称特土良是「希腊最后一位护教士」，亦有人说他是「第一位拉丁教父」。

Tertullian (/tərˈtʌliən/), full name Quintus Septimius Florens Tertullianus, c. 155 – c. 240 AD, was a prolific early Christian author from Carthage in the Roman province of Africa. He is the first Christian author to produce an extensive corpus of Latin Christian literature. He also was a notable early Christian apologist and a polemicist against heresy, including contemporary Christian Gnosticism. Tertullian has been called "the father of Latin Christianity" and "the founder of Western theology."
