塞凯伊人（匈牙利语：székelyek, 罗马尼亚语：Secui, 德语：Szekler, 拉丁语：Siculi）是匈牙利人的一个分支，现有人口约85万，其中绝大多数是在罗马尼亚，构成匈裔罗马尼亚人中的一个重要部分。

关于塞凯伊人的起源很早便有争议。现在一般认为塞凯伊人是匈牙利裔或匈化的突厥民族的后代。

The Székelys (Hungarian pronunciation: [ˈseːkɛj]), sometimes also referred to as Szeklers (Hungarian:székelyek, Romanian:Secui, German:Szekler, Latin:Siculi), are a subgroup of the Hungarian people living mostly in the Székely Land. A significant population descending from the Székelys of Bukovina lives in Tolna and Baranya counties in Hungary and in certain districts of Vojvodina, Serbia. In 1952 the former province of Mureş (with the highest concentration of Székely population) was legally designated as the Hungarian Autonomous Region. It was superseded in 1960 by the Mureş-Hungarian Autonomous Region, itself divided in 1968 into three non-autonomous districts, Harghita, Covasna and Mureş.
