澳洲工业关系委员会，是澳洲联邦政府为处理劳工纠纷而设立的一个独立仲裁机关。现时履行着澳洲联邦政府于1996年通过的工作场所法例而赐于的法定仲裁权力。在澳洲劳工法例当中，这个委员会占据着一个无可替代的重要地位。虽然委员会只是一个仲裁机关、没有行使司法的权力，但由于历代委员会的主席和部份委员均是法官，而委员会必须根据法例行使它应有的权力，所以进行会议的地点通常都是在法庭内进行。

The Australian Industrial Relations Commission (AIRC), known from 1956 to 1973 as the Commonwealth Conciliation and Arbitration Commission and from 1973 to 1988 as the Australian Conciliation and Arbitration Commission, was a tribunal with powers under the Workplace Relations Act 1996. It was the central institution of Australian labour law. The AIRC replaced a previous system of industrial courts, which broadly speaking, was engaged in the same functions, but with superior independence and powers than the AIRC.
