锡尔赫特(塞海蒂语：ছিলট Silôţ，孟加拉语：সিলেট Ṣileţ)为锡尔赫特专区及锡尔赫特县的首府及主要城市，位于孟加拉国东北部，于2009年3月取得孟加拉都会城市(metropolitan city)的地位。锡尔赫特位于苏尔马河(Surma River)谷地旁，周围则有杰因蒂亚、卡西、特里普拉等丘陵。城市人口接近50万人。茶园及热带雨林为锡尔赫特地区的特色。以英国籍孟加拉人为主所投资的旅馆、购物中心及高级住宅造就锡尔赫特商业繁荣，使锡尔赫特成为孟加拉最富裕的城市之一。

锡尔赫特历史上曾历经不同文化影响并留下遗址，于14世纪时将伊斯兰教带入孟加拉的「圣洁者」夏·加拉勒(英语：Shah Jalal)的陵墓位于城内，因而锡尔赫特有「圣城」之称。于英属印度时期，锡而赫特划入阿萨姆邦；历经印巴分治后，锡尔赫特属东巴基斯坦的一部分，现在则由孟加拉国管辖。

Sylhet /sɪlhət/ (Bengali:সিলেট, শ্রীহট্ট; historically Shilahatta; also Jalalabaad) is a major city that lies on the banks of Surma River in north-east Bangladesh. As of the 2011 census, the city has a population of 479,837.
