重力波(gravity waves)在流体力学，是在液体介质内或两种介质界面间（例如大气与海洋间）的一种波，其恢复力来自于重力或浮力。当一小团液体离开液面（界面类型）或者在液体中到了一个液体密度不同之区域（液体内类型），透过重力作用，这团液体会以波动形式在平衡态之间摆荡。

在液体介质内的类型又称为内波，在两界面间的类型又称为表面重力波或表面波。海浪及海啸也是重力波的一种表现。

重力波的传播速度以c表示，重力加速度以g表示；其与波长及液体深度相关。

在液体深度大于二分之一波长时，波速c与波长λ相关，关系式如下：
