学生事务（英语：student affairs, student support, student service，简称学务）为各国高等教育机构中专司学生服务与支持的部门或处室，以促进学生成长与发展。在该领域工作的人，常称做学务工作者或学务专业人士。学务工作者可为高等教育机构的学生提供服务与支持。

学务部门或处室的规模与组织会因机构的位置、型态、种类等而有所不同。学务长官的头衔也因此变化很大；在美国，传统上将该职位称做「学务长」（dean of students），用来区别大学学院院长或独立学校的首长。今日在部分教育机构，学务部门由副校长领导，以方便该机构校长或首长直接掌控。其他部分机构的学务首长则由教务长或学院院长领导。
